2020 trainings sum
Indoor cycling and elliptical are alternative trainings. I do use them almost only when I'm injured. Normally I do start with indoor cycling during first weeks of injury and then switch to cross-trainer (elliptical) as soon as I feel injury is almost gone and I can start run soon.
